Convenient hotel in T3, expect...
Liked: Right across T3, spacious rooms, decent lobby and bar
Disliked: Service, awful. Room service took more than an hour and i booked an extra bed for my kid but had no sheets. Called 3 times, sheets came at midnight.

Well presented Airport Hotel great...
Liked: Hotel accessible and short walk from metro shuttle ?terminal 2 stop from International airport. Good check-in. Room comfortable and quiet as had been requested. Bar on ground floor with capable staff and has coffee machine too. Eating place ground floor too.
Disliked: Be good in room fridge to have milk or creamer sachets or dairy free alternative for those who have that in tea or coffee

Just a waste of money....
Disliked: First, I got no answers via Booking about hotel directions or my complaints. Second, I chose this hotel just because of Spa facility, which was not available but written on the hotel’s profile??? I was only told that the pool was under maintenance but no information about spa. So the 1st waste of money.I got no instructions about hotel rules like breakfast time so when I woke up breakfast was already over and they didnt even offer any compensation, they charged me for breakfast that I didnt have. I had to pay for lunch and for late check out because only 2 waiters were working for the whole restaurant with full of people. So it took so long to serve, eat and pay.
