Good hotel, great location for...

Liked: Overall staff and service was good in reception, restaurants and concierge. Room was comfortable. Room-service experience was good. Amenities in the hotel are great, including a foosball table and table tennis tables. However, it is not child-friendly in terms of food options and the housekeeping experience and their behaviour was terrifying.
Disliked: The housekeeping service and staff was a terrible experience. They came into the room while a child was alone, and instead of leaving insisted on cleaning while she was there. The next time they did not clean the room for 4 hours with a cleaning sign up, and again wanted to do it while we were in it and kept insisting and the cleaning lady and floor housekeeping manager kept shouting at us in French at the door even after us saying we don't understand what they are saying. It was unheard-of behaviour from a global chain. My child was terrified. With regards to food at the only restaurant open in the hotel, sadly there are no options for kids. Food is average and can do much better.
