Absolutely phenomenal stay in Montpellier!...

Liked: Everything! The spa, gym, sauna and steam and just perfect. We spent so long there and it was so quiet even on the weekend. The rooms are lovely The hotel is modern and kept very clean and well. They let us check in early as we flew in at 9am. We were in our room by 11am which is unheard of. Most hotels make you wait till about 3pm. They also let us check out late on departure day. They let us leave at 3pm with no charge which again other hotels. Honestly couldn’t fault this hotel! Amazing stay, amazing staff, amazing time!

FAB stay, great location and...

Liked: Great location, lovely room, quiet with a super comfortable bed. Lovely massage and spa pool. Staff really helpful and friendly.

Lovely hotel, great reception staff...

Liked: Reception staff were excellent
Disliked: Service very slow in the restaurant for dinner - should have had more staffAt breakfast hot food was cold and lots of things were not replenished, ie water in coffee machine, no cereal bowls and no milk for cereal. Probably lack of staff again as this who were there did work hard.

Really comfortable, highly recommended

Liked: The staff is just amazing, helpful and attentive. The parking you don’t need to worry about as there is a valet parking. They also can charge your car if you have EV electric car. The breakfast was really good, and happens on the top floor so you may get nice views of weather permits (there is outside patio). Rooms were clean and spacious.
Disliked: Nothing except our stay was too short :)

Disliked: the trams outside make a very squeaky soundOn the rails. Not very sound proof, obviously depending on the location of the room.
