Exceptional

Liked: This hotel was truly one of the best we've experienced. The positive comments regarding the friendly staff in other reviews are completely accurate. We found it so enjoyable that we ended up spending our entire stay at the hotel.

Modern hotel at the heart...

Liked: Wonderful decor and facilities. Loved the access through the shopping centre to the old town. Very comfortable rooms, exceptional cleanliness.
Disliked: Unsupervised sauna, gym, pool area. Unbehaved children causing havoc at 10pm. Not cool. There has to be kids hours established as it is a respectable business hotel.

Liked: The hotel is pleasant and very centrally located with helpful staff. The room was big, well-stocked with drinks and the bed was massive and very comfortable.Downstairs there is a very good spa, with a very large jacuzzi pool to sit in and a very good steam room and sauna. The small attached gym had some beautifully designed equipment which I'd have loved to use. Having this available was most welcome after a couple of days doing a lot of walking and was a great feature of the hotel.The rooftop seemed nice but maybe had an event on so was busy.All in all, it was a lovely place to spend a night in Montpellier.
Disliked: It's slightly oddly located on the back of the shopping mall with the fastest way into town being an exit through the carpark.
