Comfortable bed, somewhat noisy, shuttle...
Liked: Staff- Amazing front desk staff, didn’t meet any of the othersComfort-bed is extremely comfortable. There was alot of noise could be heard in our room 806 but ive come to realise this can be quite common in US hotels based on low build quality, and depending on where your room is situated ie next to or below housekeeping areas, stairwells, elevators etcAmenities-Pool is nice, gym also goodLocation-Close to restaurants, groceries and airportShuttle is a bonus. Its departs every 30mins.

Disappointing
Liked: My experience at this hotel was nothing i expected.I reserved and paid for a king superior room either an upgraded city view. When i checked in i was given a double room ( with no view on the second floor ). I asked for it to be corrected and was told nothing could be done for me. I was beyond annoyed and disappointed

Old, worn out, outdated Miami...
Disliked: The building looks like it was built in the 80s and never updated. There was black mold in the bathroom and an open-ended pipe poking out of the ceiling in the shower. The shower water kept stalling. It was dimly lit so I’m not sure about cleanliness, but did not want to touch anything. The art was weird for a hotel.
