Open arms, fantastic staff. Would...

Liked: Fantastic staff, looked after us very well even though it was a short stay. Very happy and welcoming from the first encounter.
Disliked: Nothing, was a fantastic experience all round.

Overall fantastic stay and hotel...

Liked: Fantastic stay at the Pullman actually rated it better than staying at crown . Fantastic hotel staff very comfy clean rooms and food was fab .
Disliked: After checking out my mother in law realised she’d left some clothes hanging . Since contacting hotel they’ve vanished in thin air . With little to no help in regards too items she’d left . Very upsetting too know that in future stays that I assume house keeping can’t be trusted in taking your items to lost and found .

Disliked: My 8 year old son managed to purchase a 24 hr movie subscription on the tv while I was showering- he did this 10 mins before we checked out. Perhaps a child lock out should be on this feature
