Disliked: Missing items, Melbourne was really hot that day and the AC in the room wasn’t working. It wasn’t cooling the room. Called at night to in room dining for milk for the baby but no one came.

Disliked: service staff were very slow to fix an aircon issue. after 3 nights I requested for a room change when it didn't seem like it could be resolved, and no other action was taken other than sending technicians who could not fix the issue.

Disliked: Booked again because of the rooftop bar and were unable to even use it due to private parties, and the bar downstairs was shut.The whole bar shouldn’t be closed off, and especially for the 3-4 hours in between parties when your paying customers could be enjoying the facilities they booked the property because of!Also incorrectly charged for minibar alcohol incorrectly.Bed and uncomfortable but love the room itself.

Good location

Liked: The location was on point & central.
Disliked: The staff were not very helpful especially when I had trouble with the parking. Furthermore they charged me 2 days of parking when I only needed 1 day. I did email them so hope they will revert on the matter. When I told them Google sent me to the wrong parking, they just went did you put in the right address which I did. So I politely let them know to have more instructions for future guest so that they don’t fall into the same predicament as I did.
