Great hotel, comfortable, safe, clean...

Liked: Great hotel, comfortable, safe, clean and room quiet.
Disliked: Couldn't get an invoice from the hotel when I left. Booking.com advised that the Hotel is to provide me the invoice and the Hotel staff advised the 3rd Party (Booking.com) can provide the invoice. I would really appreciate a copy of the invoice for my stay which was paid for upfront by Credit Card.

Very good

Liked: The room was very spacious and having somewhere to sit other than the bed was excellent. All staff that we dealt with were friendly and accomodating.
Disliked: AS we were attending an event, there were a lot of people checking in and the wait in the queue was extensive.
