fine.

Liked: staff were very nice.
Disliked: Put in the wrong room to begin with. Couldn't get any wifi being at the back of the hotel.Bath room needed cleaning.

Great spot

Liked: Location was great for us. Lovely room, clean, tidy & warm.
Disliked: Not a great view from the room. TV seemed difficult to use. Booked a room with double bed and got 2 singles pushed together.

Disliked: Booked a room, upon the day snow struck Liverpool and the drive from Southampton to Liverpool was impossible.Staff didn't offer to help or be sympathetic in any way, no refund or voucher offered, we're just taking your cash.

Liked: Friendly staff, comfortable, good location
Disliked: Wet room shower flooded, door wouldn't lock,room although very stylish & comfortable, had dirty marks on the walls, flooring was starting to go, nothing major just little details that stood out.
