Best Hotel in Liverpool!

Liked: The room was a great size with a brilliant shower and the comfiest bed. The food at the restaurant was amazing, we had breakfast, lunch and dinner there and have no complaints, was great! There is also a lovely bar and the prices are very reasonable.The best thing about the hotel is the service and staff. The staff always make sure you are looked after and are very accomdating. We had an issue with our TV remote not working in our hotel room and when we called down to reception, they sent someone up to sort it in less than 2 minutes!Special shout out to Paul and Marcus who were excellent throughout our stay!!!

Liked: the hotel looked really nice staff were friendly
Disliked: the bedsheets had blood on them i called reception and they were changed immediatly and i was offereed a room change
