Just an amazing experience ,...

Liked: From the moment of check in friendly staff, porters to take your luggage, sparkling wine on arrival . Clean rooms , well appointed villa, infinity pool was relaxing, easy walk to the beach , just an amazing getaway from the city . Room service your rooms daily , check out easy with friendly staff. Would highly recommend. Bonus bottle of wine in my room for my birthday , very grateful
Disliked: Couldn’t fault any of it. The soap and moisturiser in the bottles were too difficult to use the pump didn’t fit in the container ( unable to depress the pump as it locked) so unable to use but that is no big deal I had my own soap and moisturiser.

Highlight of our holiday, definitely...

Liked: Such a great spot to holiday - quiet beach just a saunter away, got to watch dolphins play, and the rooms are beautifully set out and very comfortable. All in all a great place to relax.
Disliked: The odd issue with appliances (tumble drier - quickly fixed), the odd door in the kitchen not working properly. One other funny one was that we love to bath, but the soap etc are all in tubes fixed to the walls near the basin. But minor issues, and quickly forgotten!

Liked: The room layout, cleanliness and space. Good to have pod coffee provided. Food at the restaurant was good. Staff were friendly.
Disliked: Toilet auto flushed when not in use. Gardens around unit untidy. Would be good to have a bigger bar/snack space inside with more casual food options. Restaurant menu somewhat restrictive. Staff were friendly but didn't always understand requirements, i.e. one evening we asked for cocktails before our meal and when finished requested to have our wine then served with our meal. We received it all close together. Also sorting an overpayment, due to problems with the Resort EFTPOS machine, seemed harder than needed and took several days to sort.

Relaxing recovery getaway

Liked: Nice and secluded. Great mix of pool, lake and ocean. The villa was huge for a single bedroom. Loved the soaker tub. Kitchen facilities were excellent. Resort pool was amazing.
Disliked: The buffet breakfast was delicious however it would be useful if the labels for all the food options included dietary information (ie if vegan/gluten free/ ingredient list)

Liked: Location, friendly staff.Great breakfast.
Disliked: 2 single beds pushed together to supposedly make a king bed.Very uncomfortable ridge up the middle.
