Good property, connections, and staff....

Liked: 1. The connections are great at the property with Brussels midi connected to the hotel at the ground floor.2. The staff are extremely polite and helpful within their capacities. We were welcome by Aris at the reception who was incredibly polite, considerate, and helpful with whatever we needed. The night shift security guard was extremely polite and helpful with a few recommendations as well.3. The rooms are quite small compared to other hotel rooms but comfortable with a spacious shower and nice bed.
Disliked: 1. The area around the property isn't the safest due to the station being so close there's lots of different characters around with multiple people asking for money and some being extremely persistent even after you say no.2. The staff are overwhelmed and sometimes we had the receptionists come up to give us items like teabags because they don't have other staff during the night.3. We had to change rooms initially as the linen was not clean and the room had an insect in it. 4. There is 0 ventilation in the rooms as the AC and Heating systems are both off and no windows are open. It can get quite suffocating inside as there's no fresh air in the rooms.5. We asked for the room to be cleaned at 1pm when heading out and when we came back at 8 the room was not clean and when we asked again for it to be cleaned they informed us that there was no staff to do so.6. The hotel is really busy and they seem to be understaffed as the receptionists are dealing with extremely large groups of above 20 people when they come in which can leave them overwhelmed with night staff also not being available.
