Liked: okay location good staff in the hotel
Disliked: There was no bin in my room, and no fan for the shower. The room was a little old and too expensive for what I paid. There was also no way of connecting to netflix. The staff in the restaurant moved my breakfast plate without telling me, then when i found it, abruptly told me they were preparing for lunch and i had to move. It would have been nice for them to tell me first instead of just moving my plate

Disliked: The staff at the restaurant for dinner were terrible. Very abrupt and we walked out. Not nice experience at all

Disliked: The airconditioner in the room wasn’t working as should so we didn’t not have a good nights sleep as the room was very stuffy

Disliked: I was not new to Brisbane and I had to phone 3 times before someone answered and even then they could not give me definite directions. The info on your paperwork is 3 minutes walk via Anne street. The gentleman kept saying no Roma Street.My niece within half an hour of arriving was told she could park no problem $50.Upon arrival was told the car park was full. The duty manager was called and the matter was sorted out. However an uncomfortable experience. We were told that calls go to a call centre which seemed very strange?!Thank you we did enjoy our stay however had to eat elsewhere because the restaurant was full. Maybe next time.
