Good and beautiful

Liked: Was clean spacious and nice staff i highly recommend worth staying with nice facilities
Disliked: Little bit far from centre but nice because it’s direct tram from thé station

Great hotel, very clean and...

Liked: The welcome at the reception was excellent, so helpful and nothing too much trouble. Loved the secure parking which was worth paying for. Lake view room was so nice , the towelling robes and slippers a nice touch, tea and coffee in room and fridge in the room. restaurant was ok staff very friendly, breakfast plenty of choice x The thing which we did love is that the tram is directly outside the hotel so you didn’t need to use your car at all while in Bordeaux x

Comfortable hotel with easy access...

Liked: Comfortable room with view of the lake. Good breakfast. Easy access from the motorway. Secure parking.
Disliked: Restaurant closed at weekends (there are others within a short walk). Gym / fitness room is poor (4 pieces of equipment in a small room). There was a function taking place in the First Floor function room on Sunday evening, which could be heard in our 4th Floor room until midnight.

Liked: The aesthetic is so beautiful and classy. Couldn’t get enough of the lobby, the guest toilets were clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Nothing to say cus the hotel is perfect.

Liked: The location is exceptional, tramway stop close by , the facility is luxurious, the staff outstanding !
Disliked: The TV program, not attractive, an hotel of this quality should offer Netflix or Canal plus !
