Good overnight stop
Liked: Great location when travelling north or south. Just off the motorway but really quite.

Liked: Its a good hotel with a nice tram line nearby
Disliked: Little bit overpriced. The 100 euro/day credit required for security. Generally all the warnings in the room and from the staff that you are going to be charged if you steal or break something is unsettling. I agree with the policy but not how is projected to people who want to relax and cooldown. The 8 euro / day for parking is silly for such a hotel

Wouldn’t stay here again.
Liked: Location was good. Bar area and reception were welcoming
Disliked: Room was in need of renovation. Carpet was covered in stains. Grout in toilet was missing. Shower wouldn’t stay in holder on wall. Restaurant closed on a Saturday evening which is most inconvenient after a long drive. Room service offered poor choice and was overpriced. Nobody on reception on departure

Disappointing
Disliked: After a 12-hour drive, we finally arrived at the hotel, only to discover that they were unable to provide a room with two separate beds as we had booked. This was especially frustrating as we had another 8 hours of driving ahead of us the following day and needed a good night’s rest. While we were offered an upgraded room, it still only had one bed, along with a couch that could be converted into a makeshift bed. To make matters worse, there was no bottled water available in the room, just tap water.The saving grace of our stay was the staff member, who, despite being alone and only two days into the job, remained calm, professional, and did everything in his power to assist us. His dedication and understanding were the highlights of an otherwise disappointing experience.
