Liked: The staff were all very pleasant.

Very poor

Disliked: The stay at this hotel was terrible. The room was cold, all requests to do something about it were met with standard phrases, in the end, nothing was done. The pool with such a water temperature that only polar bears could swim, and I am a professional swimmer. The only bright spot was the breakfasts, a large selection, and everything was very tasty. Oh, and they suggested going to the sauna in another hotel, across the street, because they were renovating it. I will never stay at this hotel in the future.

Pleasant and comfortable stay in...

Liked: Large sylish rooms, comfortable beds and pillows. Pleasant view on the park, close proximity to the shopping area. Tasty breakfasts and a pleasant lobby bar with a good selection of cocktails. I haven’t use the SPA, but I will try it next time, because will definitely choose this hotel for my next stay in Berlin.

Liked: Stunning lobby and restaurant area. Pool and area very tranquil. Bathrooms and slippers supplied in your room. Everywhere was spotless. Plenty of choice for breakfast. There is something for everyone and they have a chef making omelettes for you . All the bar team were lovely. Couldn’t do enough to make your stay even better. We were there every night of our 4 night stay, having food and drinks and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. It was close to Zoo, shopping centre etc. 12 o’clock check out is a big plus too. Would defiantly stop again.
