Convenient hotel for concert stays

Liked: The hotel is walking distance to concert venue.
Disliked: The pillows were awful. One was the size of a beanbag and the smaller one was rock hard. They offer a pillow menu but I'd prefer 2 regular, soft pillows offered in the room as the standard. I slept on 2 rolled up towels, which were more comfortable. Check in/out can be very slow, with few staff on reception.

Liked: Reception person was very good couldn’t find our booking at first. But was very calm and nice so it didn’t panic us.The only down side was there was a pod coffee machine in the room but only decaf pods..All over it was a nice experience though

Disliked: I had issues accessing the gym with my swipe card, phone on the inside of the gym unable to locate phone on that level to get acces. Should have coffee machine where guests can make their own as instant coffee is terrible. Price for room very high for average person
