OK but not ok!

Liked: Location/location/location - walked to Qudos B Arena to view United do a number on the Kings, then staggered back to the digs post match (no driving or cabs), due to the copious amount of free bevies supplied by the losing home team to the courtside seats ( kings put on a great show BTW)...
Disliked: Layers of fluffy dust that contaminated my bags and shoe boxes that were inadvertently placed on the upper storage shelves. Black pubes hanging on front of cistern on arrival - although bowl was clean. Also, place is dated with plenty of wear and tear evident...

Comfortable and convenient stay

Liked: What an amazing place to stay while seeing a concert at Accor stadium. Great location and our room had an amazing view from the corner of the building. Very convenient and comfortable. Our only concern was working out where to find the valet parking on arrival as roads were closed for the stadium event.
Disliked: Forward advice on how to locate Valet parking with event road closures would have made checkin less stressful.

Great location but a long...

Liked: Our suite was spacious and well laid-out. We enjoyed the our breakfast in the restaurant. Proximity to Olympic Park is first rate!
Disliked: The aircon controls in the suite did not function, leading to a freezing experience. Booking of parking was expressly and specifically excluded by the website, although staff on check-in were insistent that we could have booked. A re-visit of the website showed their optimism to have been misplaced! Some of the furniture in the suite was tattered. The executive lounge was pathetic. Only Coke and water were available. Three apples and a few cookies were available but unappealing. Reception was unable to rectify this, instead showing us to the (payment required) bar-menu restaurant.
