Comfortable, slept well and great...

Liked: Breakfast was great. The staff we interacted with were fantastic! Particularly Stella who worked at breakfast time, she was very friendly and considerate. Best customer service I have received in a long time.
Disliked: It got a bit cramped near the pancake station at breakfast. The hotel should consider moving it.

Disliked: Room was booked for 3 people but was set up for 2.We asked for plates and cutlery, and were asked way we needed them!Room was not refreshed, and when asked for clean towels, we were given 10 hand towels and no bath towels.The spa had no jets, the steam room was mouldy and the pool area had no ceiling..

Liked: Fabulous location in the heart of the city. The staff were great, really helpful with any request. We come for a basketball tournament and the hotel was full but didn’t feel too busy. Buffet breakfast was good. $45 for adults and $18 for kids. Parking was around the corner and allowed multiple exit and entry per day which was great. Overall the stay was excellent for the price.
