Bathed in natural light, the room offered breathtaking views that felt like a living painting. The mornings were particularly special, with the sweet melodies of singing birds serenading us outside our windows – a perfect, tranquil start to each day. The spaciousness and tasteful decor of the suite created a luxurious yet comfortable haven.Speaking of mornings, the fresh juices and vibrant fruits served were a delightful and healthy indulgence. It was clear that quality and care were paramount. We also thoroughly enjoyed the wonderful outdoor sitting areas, perfect for relaxing and soaking in the charming ambiance of the property. These spaces provided a peaceful retreat from the bustling city, allowing us to unwind in style.The staff at Pug Seal Edgar Allan Poe are truly exceptional. Their attentiveness and genuine warmth made us feel not just like guests, but like cherished friends. They anticipated our needs before we even voiced them, ensuring a seamless and utterly enjoyable experience. Liked: The location of the property is good and near shops and restaurants
Disliked: Our room was in a building next to the original building. Our room had small window to the staircase. Most of the staff that were at the front desk could not help us with information that we needed or could not help us. There was a leak in the sink that did not get fixed while we were there. There is no phone in the room that connects to the front desk so we had to walk down to ask for anything.

Liked: Beautiful suite in the new part of the building. Loved the honour bar and breakfast was excellent. Short walk to great restaurants and watering holes. Very friendly staff as well.
Disliked: There.was a very loud mechanical room on the other side of the wall that woke us up at night. I hope they looked into the issue as thenroom was spectacular.

Liked: After switching last minute from a subpar Airbnb in Roma Norte this place was like a breath of fresh air! Super clean. Super comfy. Super cool. And close to lots of good food and shopping. And the staff were great!
Disliked: The wait was a bit long at breakfast. One day I took breakfast early and it was quick. Another day I guess I hit the rush, cuz it took longer than I had hoped. That being said, I would absolutely stay there again.
