Cute and surprising

Liked: I always love staying at the Puffin Inn! This time I was given an apartment outside of the main building so I was super excited. I also liked that I could park my car in front of my room and I didn't have to go back into the main building.
Disliked: I had problems with the cable and oftentimes it would not function. The staff was amazing and tried to help and even offered another room but I was only there for the night so I stayed. Everyone was amazing as always.

Exceptional

Liked: I always enjoy coming to the Puffin Inn. Everyone is always so friendly even when things get overwhelming or hectic. I loved that when my plane came in earlier than expected, the front desk associate didn't keep me waiting and placed me in an available room. The room was super big for just me BUT I remained thankful and just stayed in the space and kept it neat. First time I was on the 3rd floor and was excited to have access to an elevator.
Disliked: Nothing....

Stay meet our expectations.

Liked: Continental breakfast was adequate regarding variety. Juice machine was broken so unable to have juice with breakfast. Staff addressed our initial issues in a prompt and courteous manner.
Disliked: More variety at breakfast.

Bad, will spend more even...

Disliked: Drunken idiots tearing the place up above my room all night long yelling and bashing the walls. Cops called and on site when I checked out not comfortable at all felt a bit insecure. Will not stay at Puffin Inn again
