A refurbished 19th century historical building located just below the Biscay's Bridge considered a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The hotel offers views of Bilbao's Estuary the sea and Bilbao's Puente Colgante Bridge. The Hotel is well connected and located next to the residential area of Getxo. Great location and rooms, would...

Liked: Location, spacious clean room
Disliked: High charge for a dog€25 and parking €19. Parking spaces extremely tight and difficult to reverse into

Lovely hotel , pity about...

Liked: Wonderful location , with a lovely terrace off our room ( top floor). Breakfast was a lovely spread , but the person working was not very attentive in helping ‘find ‘ everything .We Chose to take their evening meal as we had 2 dogs left in the room , and we were very disappointed , Liver was over cooked and dry and ‘boring ‘ Fish was bony and sauce watery ! Best thing was the accompanying wine !Overpriced . And we regretted not going for the menu del dia in restaurant down the road at half the price .

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable. The location was great for catching the ferry the next morning. The food was good. I would stay again.
