A refurbished 19th century historical building located just below the Biscay's Bridge considered a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The hotel offers views of Bilbao's Estuary the sea and Bilbao's Puente Colgante Bridge. The Hotel is well connected and located next to the residential area of Getxo. The train is a 4-minute walk from the hotel and the metro is just 10 minutes' walk away and takes you to Bilbao center in 15 minutes. The harbor is located 1.2 mi away the Convention Center is 3.7 mi away and the airport is 7.5 mi away.

Dreadful from the hotel and...

Liked: I cancelled our original booking as I got the dates wrong and rebooked for the correct date 2 days later, 9 months in advance of our intended stay. On arrival we were advised that they didn't have a booking as we had cancelled and they didn't have any rooms available. So we had to go elsewhere. They took our money and we are still having difficulty getting a refund

Liked: Great hotel with super helpful, friendly people. Nice outdoor bar space and terrace and a very good breakfast. Has safe underground parking too.

Liked: Waterside location with great view. Very handy for Brittany Ferries. Just wish we’d known about the nespresso machine in our room and we’d have brought our own pods!

Great stay.

Liked: the location was excellent. it was a bonus to take in both sides of the river using the UNESCO bridge.
Disliked: nothing really. there was a pillar outside our bedroom window however this was compensated by a generous terrace.
