It could be better

Liked: The property is located in a peaceful and quiet part of the city. In my experience it is also a safe part of the city. The bus stop as well as the underground station are very close to the property. And some sights like Big Ben and the London Eye are less than 10 minutes on foot. Very kind staff who were always willing to help with any problem. There was always hot water for showering. Luggage can be left if you arrive early or have a later flight at no extra cost.
Disliked: In general, the room was small and had 12 beds, which was too many considering the size of the room. Also, considering the size of the room, there was no room for a table or more than one chair. Upon arrival (later than the check-in time), I was greeted by a bed with dirty and unchangeable bed linen from the previous guest. The bathroom only had 2 functioning showers and the overall cleanliness should be improved. The toilets are small and one sink was clogged and full of water during my stay and therefore was not functional. Also, the Wi-Fi was slow.

Obvious cashgrab that feels like...

Liked: The bed itself was clean and the receptionist was decent.
Disliked: With the three-bed bunkbed and the cage lockers stuffed into an 18-bed dorm, the facilities felt like a prison. Not to mention, the other guests came in and out throughout the night incredibly drunk and loud. And I'm pretty confident that several of the people staying in the room were homeless. One guest came in so drunk at around 3a.m. you could smell the alcohol and urine off of him and kept swearing loudly. Also, there are no separate bathroom facilities between genders. I generally felt quite unsafe and uncomfortable. And charging over 50 quid to stay here? This place just felt like a cash grab. I've stayed in my fair share of hostels, including 20-person dorms before, but this was horribly uncomfortable.
