Liked: Good sized room, there was a wonderful fan as it was a warm room at the top of the building. Nice large bathroom.
Disliked: Steep stairs.

Liked: The location is very convenient along with the price. Staff are really kind and friendly. Facilities are also in good condition and comfortable.
Disliked: The toilets were dirty during all time of my stay and it was really uncomfortable. It would be better to clean them daily or use some warnings for the guests to leave the toilet as they would like to find after someone’s visit (bc i understand this is not only a one sided problem and guests do also seem to use the toilets horribly).

Spacious Private Room

Liked: We stayed in the private apartment.Clean and tidy, bed was comfy if a little low but had a decent night's sleep for central london. Hugel shower. Good luggage storage service too.
Disliked: Taps on bathroom sink need tightening, whined all night.
