Disappointing

Liked: After I went looking for a food because of me having a bad day I've met people who has a bar 5 mins walk from this pub they're very friendly and they've made my day I don't know the name of the place or I would write it down but they've really made my day was happy.
Disliked: What I didn't like as I walked in, and I had a little problem with paying at the property, I had enough mlney but thw fact the manager came to me started telling me I was holding up the line when I know for a fact I was not. The rest of the staffs were nice and friendly as I did question because it hasn't met my expectations.The rules are written about treating people with respect and equal so it doesn't mean because a manager is there I should be spoken poorly as I had my own problems is why I rented a room for a day.SHOW RESPECT TO BE RESPECTED 👍🏾

Perfect for your 20's, not...

Liked: The staff was really nice. Check In was easy. You can buy a towel for 7.5, a bit expensive, but you don't need to return it at the end
Disliked: I missed curtains around the bed for privacy. It could have been cleaner, especially the bathrooms, but I blame more other guests than the hostal (there is no need to throw things to the floor when bins are provided).

Bad attitude by the staff.

Liked: The socket was next to the bed.
Disliked: The beds could get as low as floor level, and as a disabled person, I could not climb ladders, nor could I get up from the floor. Also, there were no elevators, and this one man gave a sarcastic answer about the facilities. He was also not very helpful, as he tried to blame it on me every time. I have been to better hostels elsewhere and not encounter these kinds of issues. Very bad service, bad attitude by the staff, and overall very unhelpful. Don't go to places like these if you are disabled as they have no compassion and are very mean towards you.

Magnificent

Liked: I particularly liked the people in the hostel, especially the legend who took it upon himself to pour water in mine and my friends shoes which really made my morning walk through London enjoyable
Disliked: Nothing else to say, had a blast
