Disliked: We had a terrible bed that wasn’t even level on both sides. Two people couldn’t sleep on it.

Disliked: Front desk staff didn’t look at us none of the three staff members said hi or how are you or any eye contact it was weird and very rude. The young man who did the night shift was great greeted us engaged conversation 😁

Liked: The breakfast buffet was very good. We arrived Sunday night. Not much was opened in downtown Provo so it was good that there was a restaurant and bar in the hotel.
Disliked: We had a problem with the shower in the room. Since we were only staying one night, we did not ask to move to a different room. I'm sure the staff would have obliged us if we asked to move.

Liked: Great cocktails in the bar, didn’t have what we wanted on the menu but made them anyway! Front desk was very helpful. Really good location for us.
