Overpriced run down suite

Liked: The hotel bar had the incorrect menu and prices displayed and charged above what was shown explaining this was an old menu. But they shouldn't display those prices then. We had several maintenance issues with our suite. One of our showers didn't even have a handle to switch on and off so it was unusable. Check in was late, the suite wasn't even cleaned properly there was hair from the person before us all over the bathroom floor. The tap in the bath didn't close properly so it continuously dripped. When we brought all of this to management/receptions attention not much care was given/compensation/apology was given, just "we'll send a maintenance person by"

Terrible worst place and never...

Liked: Never stay at this place again. I will never book with bookings again. They messed up my reservation. Did nothing about it. Terrible.

Liked: I paid for my room a week before my stay and when I got to the hotel they told me they had overbooked and I couldn’t stay there as there were no rooms available
