Liked: The location was great the room was very spacious and clean and very functional the TV didn't work in the bedroom at all but everything else was good
Disliked: That the pool closed at 7 PM check in is not until 4 PM that means you only have 3 hours before the pool closed that's the bad part of the hotel

Disliked: Rooms were dirty and cold.A/C did not work, patio door did not open. cupboards were covered with stains and marks. Window sills were full of dust and dead bugs.Place needs a real good clean.We stayed over Christmas and wanted to sit out on the patio. We informed staff at the front desk. The gentlemen did not speak English well and was new to the establishment. he went off to check with a colleague and came back to say they had no more rooms. Colleagure did not come out to assist him. We then informed them in check out and the guy then said that they would give us a 30% refund through the booking agent booking.com. They said I needed to contact them first but all would be on our record. When we did this the hotel denied all knowledge of this.
