Liked: There was a wait time of 1 hour and 30min before getting a room after 530pm. Once we received room ,we entered the room was dirty and woman long hair on the floor of bathroom. I check out and requested to cancel my reservation

It could be better because...

Disliked: The refrigerator had an horrible odor and even I called the front desk, nobody came to clean or solve the situation. The day after the check out, I was charged $54 and after I called, the person at the front desk informed me that it was a parking fee, which I never was advised of

Disliked: I recently stayed at the Provident Doral 4 days 3 nights my entire stay we got no house keeping service not to clean the room bring towels or anything and that service isn’t something you should have to ask for and the pool was soooo cold heated pool would have been nice but other than that this place was amazing
