Liked: Restaurant breakfast was expensive and not very good.TV stopped working my second night, and the maintenance person never showed up to fix it.Make sure to insist on a renovated room.

Disliked: I asked for towels twice on 2 separate days and never received. Also, we enjoyed the pool and hot tub before a group came in and left their children all under 18 with no supervision.

Liked: The property was clean and comfortable. The access to the door from the parking lot was good. The front desk check in and check out went smoothly.
Disliked: The customer service. They acknowledged that we were two adults with no children seeking to get some rest and relaxation and they said they had gotten several complaints about the noisy people adjacent to us but they didn’t move us to a different room.

Liked: We were at a Memorial Service. That was fine. Food was plentiful and all seemed pleased. We also had dinner and breakfast with friends and food was good and service fine.
Disliked: When we returned to our room after dinner, the TV no longer worked. Someone came and got it running again. I plugged it my phone, tablet and watch. None of the outlets worked, Didn't realize it until the next morning. Nasty.
