Liked: Room was clean. Check-in was quick and efficient. Staff understanding and gave feedback.
Disliked: A few things weren't as expected. Lift was not working at one point at night, and the TV was not functioning properly. Room very small. Also some road works going on through the night though not hotel's responsibility still an inconvenience.

Perfect location, Superb rooms, great...

Liked: The rooms are nice clean and big and the location is just amazing as it is just few steps away from Rogier metro station and from there with the day pass for transport for 8.5 euros you can see every listed sightseeing place in Brussels. The bathrooms are very clean and room size is spacious and very comfortable. The manager lady at the property, I forgot her name, she had pink hair and she was an angel for us. She gave us such an amazing support to check in to a good room and help us with keeping our bags stored at the concierge while we headed for our day trip to Bruges and Ghent. Thanks specially to her to making our stay such fantastic.
Disliked: The only sad thing about the property which I was not happy about was the junior front desk staff. They are extremely confused and don't understand basic questions. The breakfast rule is that u need to pay first at the reception counter and then head inside for sitting for breakfast, in case u haven't opted for the breakfast option for your stay. One of the days I just went inside to check the breakfast options and whether it was worth opting for the same. To my shock the next day the reception guy, is telling me to show proof that I hadn't eaten anything. I had to explain him their own rules that if I hadn't pre paid the money I wouldn't be allowed to sit to eat. So basically the junior staff is a little unprofessional and get confused about a lot of silly things.

Liked: Spacious and clean room. The people there were really helpful. They kept our luggage safe before our check in and even after our check out.
Disliked: They changed the hotel's name. The address is the same though so just go in.
