Liked: Friendly and helpful staff
Disliked: The heavy lids on the warm food at the breakfast buffet!

Good location. Friendly staff. Rooms...

Liked: Good location for the train station. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a lot of options. Gym was tiny but treadmill was useful. Comfortable pillows.
Disliked: Queen rooms were small and very tired decor wise. Beds were a bit soggy (showing their age). Room was on the front of the hotel and so was very noisy with trams, and people shouting in the street until late. Wellness Centre was open very limited hours and was shut when we were able to go. Hot breakfast was stone cold.

Liked: The location is convenient. Breakfast is very good and delicious. The staff were very friendly except for one. Please refer below.
Disliked: We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. We did not request for room cleaning on 1st November 2024 but instead requested for coffee and water to be refilled after our outing on that day. The receptionist guy at around 8pm humiliated me and my friends by asking if the supplies were suffice when handing the stuffs to us. He was definitely not joking with us and he did it unprofessionally. Moreover, he was chewing a gum when talking to us.

Liked: It’s close to city center

Very nice hotel, conveniently located...

Liked: Really great location for us train travellers. A few minutes relaxed walking away from Gothenburg Central. Nothing really to complain about, room was fine, and breakfast truly great.Price was not exactly cheap, but compared favourably with other hotels in the area.
Disliked: Can't think of anything.

It was good enough for...

Liked: location is most convenience as the hotel is just opposite to the central station and there are many tram stops.
Disliked: Breakfast was not good as before. Choices were far less and the food quality was overall downgraded.

Great location, comfortable rooms with...

Liked: Comfortable beds, quite spacious room for 4 people. Breakfast was very good with a lot of selections. Good location just at Nordstan with convenient car parking only 5 min away. We had a nice dinner at the hotel restaurant, food was good but the table service could be improved.
Disliked: There was no possibility to open window and get fresh air and the air con did not work, which meant that the room was quite stuffy at times (we were 4 people) and it made it difficult to get a good nights sleep. During our 3 nights stay the room was not cleaned once- we raised a complaint about this. The gym was very, very small - suitable for 1-2 people at most. The wellness spa was good but you had to pay extra to use it £10 pp.
