Liked: The location of the hotel is excellent. I very much liked the breakfast, where everybody could find something they like to eat. 24/7 reception desk helped me in regards to late checkin, and checkout was available till 12:00.
Disliked: The water pressure in the shower was a bit too low, which made it a bit more difficult to clean thoroughly. The duvet could be a bit wider - especially considering I was visiting alone, so I'd appreciate it instead of the second duvet that I had no use of.The above wasn't a game-breaking problem for me though, merely small nuisances.

Liked: The room was nice, it was a good size and very clean. The staff were professional and friendly. I had originally booked into a different location with the same company but they had to move me to this one, and the transition was seamless.
Disliked: The shower in the bathroom is an odd configuration, the screen pulls out into the rest of the room but it doesn't stop water from getting all over the bathroom floor.

Liked: We were moved to the Profil Richmond hotel just down the road before we arrived. Not sure why but we really loved our stay there. It was a smallish room but functional. We loved the free breakfast and all the choices available. It was a close walk to the train station, the reason we selected it and public transport links were nearby.
Disliked: The bathroom was very small and the shower had an unpleasant smell.
