Liked: Great location and staff were lovely
Disliked: Rainfall shower didn’t work at first, had to speak to staff but they sorted it within the second day

Superb hotel, highly recommend

Liked: Centrally located, very clean, good breakfast with hot and cold options, staff very friendly and helpful, and we were able to get into our room earlier than 3pm which was much appreciated after a day of travelling.
Disliked: The road and train station outside do make this a noisy stay however it didn’t bother us once asleep. Light sleepers should opt for somewhere else

Excellent location - would stay...

Liked: The property location was very central and was well placed for sightseeing in the city.The room was clean when we arrived and some water / tea & coffee was provided.Despite the central location the room was quiet at night.Reception staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The room was quite small and seemed much smaller than the pictures made out. The room was made up every day but the cleaners didn’t do a very thorough job (ie they didn’t empty the bins every day)
