Great hotel, safe, clean and...

Liked: Great hotel away from the city centre.The hotel felt safe and the room had all I needed - i.e comfy bed and my own bathroom.I had the single room of the 4th floor and it was great for me. I'd stay here again.Room was clean (just a teeny bit of dust... but that doesn't bother me too much :) some of that would have been from an open window anyway so that's not the hotels faultHologram check in was good too.

The hotel needs to improve...

Liked: We arrived at 3:15 in the afternoon. The clerk said there was no clean room. I insisted that we had booked two rooms. So he agreed to give us one. We left our things in the room and returned at 6pm. There was no longer an attendant. The contact was by hologram with a person outside the premises. The person who attended to us informed us that there was no room! Unbelievable. And there was no solution. I then asked what we were going to do, already dissatisfied with the hotel's lack of commitment. He called a colleague and said that "by magic" he had found a room. The hotel really needs to improve its service. It is very well located and offers a free coffee machine, which is a plus.
