Liked: Staff at the hotel are very professional and sought to address a mistake in the Bookings reservation very efficiently. They were also very helpful with city recommendations. Location is amazing, in the heart of the shopping zone. Service at breakfast was excellent, with lots of options for people with food intolerances/allergies. Valet parking available at the hotel.
Disliked: The central booking service in Milan was unhelpful, refusing to take flexible bookings. They said they are only taking prepaid reservations. Ended up using booking.com to make the reservation. Also, one of the elevators was being replaced, causing some delays in acceding to rooms, but nothing major.

Liked: Fantastic hotel with really excellent service! incredible location in Turin's city center, easy to access, nice city area.we received a room upgrade upon check in, which was truly a nice surprise, which made our stay even more pleasant!
