Liked: Great location in centre of city
Disliked: Our superior king upgrade had station noise but that noise was inevitable with the hotel location for some rooms

Disliked: Food, some staff rude (not all), house keeping

We had a great stay...

Liked: The hotel in general was fantastic ie. Public areas, bar, leisure facilities and breakfast.
Disliked: The room a little smaller than first thought. A full fridge with drinks payable would be a good idea.

Liked: The atmosphere and history of the hotel.
Disliked: The dinning area. Based on your star rating, eating your food in a bar area, which looked very tired, was not ideal. We had dinner and expected a nicely laid out area with tablecloths. It was our anniversary and it spoiled the occasion. I am a professional qualified caterer, and I expected a much higher quality restaurant layout at your hotel. Happy to give some advice, as I would love to come and stay again.
