Disliked: Not a big thing but international roast coffee is so last year...Moccona coffee is the way to go.

Liked: Location, off street parking.
Disliked: The pipes rattling and waking us up every time someone in the building ran a tap or flushed the Loo.The scratching of the tree against the wall.We booked a room with a view, the only view was an overgrown tree.

Liked: The included breakfast was basic but still good
Disliked: There was a hot water failure in the building so the showers were cold. It took a few days to get it sorted. Car parking was on a first come first served basis. Some rooms including ours had a separate exclusive bathroom.
