Liked: Rooms were very clean and bed was comfy. The hotel was conveniently located to restaurants and 30 min walk into the city, was perfect for our needs and for the price you can't fault it.
Disliked: Rooms are outdated and small, shower had no water pressure.

A great place to stay....

Liked: Spotlessly clean bed linen and bathroom facilities, luxurious towels, comfortable bed, friendly helpful staff, upstairs balcony with glorious outlook, quiet rooms, beautiful neighbourhood, convenient free bus service almost at door, great location close to restaurants and cafes, effective/efficient automated early morning taxi booking device.
Disliked: Separate bathroom/toilet down hallway (not really a problem but for loud squeaky doors during the middle of the night!). Fridge made loud banging noises throughout the night. An extremely tight fit moving around the bed end.The venue is directly below a flight path but not really a problem for me.A shame the dining room’s coffee machine was out of action!

Overall it suited our purposes....

Liked: Location was fine. Plenty of room. Easy access to restaurants. Lovely street with jacarandas and parklands.
Disliked: I wanted the machine coffee but it was out of order. Not enough variety of fruit. Include granola as a cereal. There was no honey. Got woken up several times by noisy guests. Lighting was poor.
