It was lovely!

Liked: Except from the location, which was already good, lovely staff, good breakfast and anything you’d expect from a hotel!

Nice hotel but not advisable...

Liked: Location was perfect for the hotel . On average the hotel is a nice and clean and modern however travelling as a group 3 the room (19) was way to small to even try be considered as a triple room . There wasn’t even room to put out our suitcases let alone walk around the room. The heat was unbearable in the hotel and especially in a claustrophobic room with 3 grown adults was even more so . The beds were minuscule and uncomfortable. For the price we paid the value for money in the room were received was awful .

Would definitely use hotel again...

Liked: Room was lovely if a bit small but very clean. Location great for underground to get over London.Continental breakfast had a large choice
Disliked: Nothing to complain about.

Liked: The location was excellent. A lot of places to visit just in a walking distance.Decent breakfast, friendly staff in the morning restaurant. Receptionists were average, did not feel very welcomed when arriving - not the best first impression.
Disliked: The room had a window that could not be opened, so staying at the top floor made the air quite heavy. Informed about it the reception two times, but nothing was done about it, nor any folllow up info wether it can be fixed. Moreover, a nail on the bathroom floor stayed on the floor for all the days we stayed in the hotel. As well the drain in the bathroom would easily get clogged, filling the sink with water quite fast. This definitely did not live up to expectations.
