Exceptional

Liked: The staff is very accomodating as we are super lucky to get early check in. The room we got was quite large size compared to the standard European hotel room. It was cosy, homie feeling. The room and bathroom was clean and we had such a comfortable stay.The best about this hotel is the location. It was close to Paddington station and very accessible im terms of other public transport. Close to few eateries and shops. We had a lovely time here definitely will come again!

Very pleasant Paddington area hotel...

Liked: Very well presented and excellent housekeeping. Staff warm and welcoming. Clean, recent decorated, everything worked. Plentiful continental style breakfast in a pleasant dining room.
Disliked: Smokers on entrance doorstep - not a good look! Room was just fine for one but double bed and accommodation would have been a squeeze for two.

Convenient hotel for central London

Liked: Modern, newly decorated rooms. Nice and quiet despite being on a busy road. Friendly staff.
Disliked: The showers only got lukewarm.

Disliked: The breakfast area is crowded- bizarrely in a small room… no hot foods- toast is already prepared .. but decent choice and quality

Liked: Great location, close to Paddington station, area was safe , great pub Paddington arms on corner, had good food there, short walk to Kensington gardens. Shower was nice, kettle and coffee Machine in room.
Disliked: Double room but felt like a single, window only opens a little, difficult for two of us to walk around at same time, Shame it's quite cramped because otherwise it's lovely. Feels like they divided a hotel to double up on room sales.
