Highly recommend this hotel for...

Liked: The hotel was beautifully decorated for the Christmas season. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel location and free parking made our visit to NOTL very manageable.
Disliked: Our friends were NOT able to join us due to bad weather and road closures.

Liked: Reception check in was great. The whole experience was a lovely stay and a wonderful start to the holidays.
Disliked: Not much

I didn't want the quality...

Liked: Location was good. Front desk staff were friendly. The Nespresso machine was great if you like coffee but there no option for a cup of tea.
Disliked: Noisy heater. When it turned on, it was loud enough to wake us up. Television cable was poor. Internet speed was incredibly slow, channel choices were very limited and poor.Refrigerator froze the fruit we bought.Signage would have been nice at each of the "number 2" doors so we could figure out where they lead to. One door lead us to an employee storage room because there was no sign too day 'staff only'.The mattress topper on one of the beds wasn't anchored properly so it felt like I was sliding off the edge of the bed.Carpet on the floor was worn and buckled near the side of my bed. I kept tripping on it.

Disliked: No need to have someone knock on the door to turn down the bed.

Amazing and unforgettable

Liked: Amazing location, place, the bedrooms were amazingly decorated. Just the breakfast could be a little bit better ( with more options). But apart the breakfast - IT’S AMAAAAAZING
Disliked: I would say the breakfast. They didn’t have cafe latte or cappuccino , just black coffee . For an excellent hotel like this , the breakfast should be a little bit better.
