Liked: Location - nice old building
Disliked: Smell! Chemical cleaning materials we think. Couldn’t stay in the room, so checked out (never had to do that before!)

Disappointed

Liked: Just the location the rest was a bit grim
Disliked: Having to share a microwave with the rest of the rooms. No hairdryer or shampoo/shower gel. The ironing board was about to fall apart. The room was just grim and the noise from the pub is an issue especially on Friday and Saturday nights when they have a live band. It’s just a very basic hotel and really needs to be priced accordingly.

Enjoyable weekend in Bunbury.

Liked: Great location, close to shops, cafes and restaurants. Hotel car park is handy. Breakfast was good and staff very friendly.
Disliked: It’s a large public house with rooms for guests.

Our weekend stay.

Liked: The hotel is beautiful and historical. The accommodation is not that! Not salubrious but certainly comfortable.
Disliked: It's a shame that these old pubs don't have accommodation but build ugly buildings at the back. Very common in WA. I do add that the rooms are comfortable and our view was over a park which was lovely.
