Amazing team - so friendly
Liked: From the moment we walked in the doors we were welcomed by such an amazing team that were all so very friendly. The room was lovely and although near a busy road we didn't hear a thing. Breakfast was really good too.The husband and wife team that manage the Prince of Burford were a lovely couple and should be very proud. Thank you so much for a very memorable stay in beautiful Burford.

Exceptional
Liked: Great location near town centre Free parking is available with plenty of spaces.Very friendly staff, always on hand to help. The room was very clean and spacious, with a large, comfortable bedWe had tea / coffee/ biscuits & fresh milk available to use.. The bathroom had a power shower, which was ideal.Breakfast was fabulous, with a good choice of hot and cold choices available. The food and drink menu in the hotel had plenty of choice as well and was very tasty indeed, especially the sunday roast. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Exceptional
Liked: The choice of breakfast was excellent. The staff and service we received was the best we have ever had. The atmosphere and decor is very relaxing and cosy. And the location was perfect, it is a very short walk into the charming Cotswolds town of Burford.

Rather disappointing.
Liked: Good car park. Large shower.
Disliked: There were many stains on carpets. The tiny twin bedded room was up two + flights of steep stairs and no lift. We visited in first half of April and the temperature of room was good but in summer would be intolerable with no air conditioning and just a fan. The food was typical of pub food and rather expensive & not really to our taste. The property looked as if it needed a good clean with many stains on carpet on landings. Plastic flowers everywhere and lots of piles of Victorian looking books on which things were resting. The table in our room was very scuffed and we were surprised not to see a phone to ring down for room service as you find in most hotels.
