Liked: Location in French Quarter was great.
Disliked: Cafe had no GF breakfast options so we had to leave the hotel to find other available locations. Bombay club was never open during our four day stay.

Liked: Location is good, front desk staff were all friendly and helpful
Disliked: Ice machine was on a different floor, housekeeping staff did not leave a spare roll of toilet paper one day, had to request one. Did not receive a bath mat one day, and never received more soap even after we used the 2 small bars that were initially provided.

A comfortable, clean stay in...

Liked: A great location at a great price. If you are looking for a place to stay in the French Quarter that's close to the action but not right in it, this is the place for you. About a block off of Bourbon on Conti St, this is a great location to have as your base. The hotel was clean, well lit, well staffed and comfortable. Have stayed here before and will stay again.
Disliked: On the first morning, there was almost no hot water and we were told it was too many people taking showers at once. Best to time your showers around what would be busier times. Otherwise, no problems
