Liked: Friendly staff members , location, cleanliness and cafe just down stairs!!!
Disliked: Everything although would have been nice to have a view we just had a view of the next building but not complaining because we enjoyed it!

Christmas Weekend Getaway

Liked: The location was great walking distance to all the activities. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and cozy with a very comfortable bed. There was a nice restaurant next to the hotel which was great for breakfast. We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family and would stay here again.
Disliked: The only issue was the lack of hot water in the shower and bathroom floor was a bit slippery. The shower head pressure was good, though.

Traveling with 2 children and...

Liked: The location was wonderful. Close enough to walk all around the French Quarter, but so quiet. The rooms were comfortable, very clean, and the A/C worked very well.
Disliked: The bathroom was very tiny, but that is to be expected for an older property.

Exceptional

Liked: Staff was super friendly. Room was very clean. Great location in the French Quarter.
Disliked: The staff definitely needs to change the air filter in the room.
