Great staff, great location and...

Liked: Great service from the staff. When there was minor hiccup with the drapes in my room, the manager offered to switch me to another room (but it wasn't necessary, in my view). Friendly staff, no doubt!
Disliked: No issues...I try to be a go-with-the-flow traveler and it's a historic/vintage hotel that continues to be refurbished. Bring an open attitude, work with the staff, and you can have a good stay like me (my third time now)!

Disliked: Loud construction on street below till late at night Not sure why the put people on that side when the hotel was far from full. A little worn out but it’s an older hotel.
