Top service with great location.

Liked: The staff was extreme friendly.. had an accident with my son with a water balloon in the bed.. they were helpful and friendly.. offered to change us rooms. The location is really good.. theres a shopping center in front with a grocery story.. walking distance you have all the main attractions and the park. Also a lot of options of restaurants nearby. The room were big and spacious.
Disliked: Couldnt leave the window open because there was too much noise from the cars and street even if we were in the top floor. Beds were a bit hard.

Amazing location, very friendly staff,...

Liked: Great breakfast with fresh fruit, Nespresso coffee machine and lots of options. Also a big dining room, so there is enough space for everyone and not too crowded. Very close to Oceanographic and all major bus lines go right across the street from the hotel.

A perfect stay in beautiful...

Liked: The room was very good - we were a family of 3 people. The room was very clean and comfortable. The cleanness was very good. The place of the hotel was very good - near the new town (Calatrava's buildings), near the park which is on the river's place, near a lot of shops, restaurants, bakeries. Many city transport lines are here, and also the subway is nearby. My family liked the hotel very much! There is a spa in the hotel also.
Disliked: The price was just for the outside pool. The inside one was with additional payment for the spa.

Liked: The room was specious. The reception staff were nice and helpful, a special thanks to Mr.Bahaa.
Disliked: The room didn’t have most of what a traveler would need, including an iron, box of tissues, and a shampoo.

Acceptable choice for a couple...

Disliked: Restaurant opens at 20 hr only; with so many international guests it would be better to accomodate them with more friendly and flexible opening times. Food was expansive versus quality offered, waiter was pretty uninterested.Room rates too high for quality offered
