Liked: The friendliness of all staff was exciting to see. Both day and night staff were helpful. They served with gladness.

For a relaxing holiday try...

Liked: Fantastic location, central to many places, motorway, supermarkets, historic places. loads of places to park your car and very informative receptionist to give you directions of where to get things done. The environment though next-door to the motorway you don't hear a single noise. wow.
Disliked: The toilet in my room a bit too tight for me not enough space to move freely

Liked: Staff amazing and helpful, good location, safe parking, room was spacious and clean, great breakfast
Disliked: The girl working on the reception was 24 and that lost me a bet:)

I am waiting my money...

Disliked: At check in they got the money from me and then gave the keys. When we entered the rooms, these were horrible. Very old styled beds and broken fan were waiting for us. We could not even sit there for more than five minutes. We came down and asked them to refund our money as we did not like the rooms so we should find another hotel. We had to book a hotel in the city center which was fantastic and paid a little bit higher than what they charged us.He refused to pay with the reason that the boss is on vacation, and he had closed the day. He cannot open the system again. When I threatened them for police, they were so brave and said they do not care the police.Anyhow, we reached an agreement that tomorrow they will transfer my money, for which I had provided them my bank detail.Since 08.07.2024 till today, I am waiting my money, but it was not credited yet. I sent message also to the hotel and also to the booking.com but no response yet.
