Liked: Nice Hotel with a good restaurant. Very good value for money. A bit outside of Plzeň, but they have a big parking lot and are close to a trolley bus stop, so it's easy to get around.
Disliked: Breakfast times were a bit restrictive and short (Mo-Fr 6:30-9:30, Sa-Su 7:30-10:30). Some SPA facilities would also have been cool.

Disliked: The staff in general was very unfriendly, with very little desire to make friends... zero empathy, especially one of the waitresses called Eva, unmistakable... what a bad character, my God... Except for Caterina, who was very kind and friendly, I can't say anything else about my experience... this was my experience, yours may be different.
