Liked: Great location if you're in Cologne to explore the Christmas markets. It's quite close to the train station. Friendly staff, room is very spacious & bed is comfortable.
Disliked: Wish there was a sliding curtain or some type of divider in front of the shower stall. Can get a little noisy in the early morning hours if you happen to have a room that faces the backside of the building across the way, as it seems early morning deliveries are made to their backside.

Great location with comfortable accommodation.

Liked: The hotel was very close to the train station and the Dom, making exploring easy. The rooms were comfortable and overlooked the Rhine.
Disliked: The rooms got very hot and it was difficult to adjust temperature. The hotel team were also pretty uninterested - both at check in and check out. We’d read that the breakfasts were outstanding - one of the reasons we booked. We had to place an a la carte order the night before, rather than a buffet, and what was provided was adequate.
