Liked: Lovely location, clean and welcoming.
Disliked: They insisted on taking my national ID card when I checked in. But then didn’t think to return it when I checked out two days later, by which time I had forgotten they had done so. Massive implications for my attempt to fly home.

Quick Cologne visit.

Liked: Our room was comfortable, clean and in good location for walking to scenic attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel is in easy walking distance to the main train station. Lots of restaurants close by.
Disliked: Only minor but if you’re a tea drinker, the room hot water supply is through a coffee machine and not hot enough.

Disliked: Overall the location and the hotel is quite good. However, I got a call in middle of the night on the land line which woke me up and made a bit scared since reception is closed after 10 pm. When I reported it in the morning next day the personnel at the reception did not react anyhow besides saying: we don’t know how it could happen and we are sorry.
