Liked: Location was excellent as my partner's band was playing at The Mannum Club NYE. Breakfast supplied was ok. Would have liked to have toaster. Condiments supplied
Disliked: Previous comment says it. Everything else was fine. This is the second NYE we have stayed and hoping to stay more.

Liked: The room was away from the dining and gaming. Even though had shared bathroom it felt very private and was well set out. We had an issue with room and it was sort quickly and promptly with no issues.
Disliked: The stairs up to the room were a little narrow and steep but otherwise fine.

Exceptional

Very convenient and good value

Liked: Easy access. Shared bathroom and showers were clean and well maintained. We were able to go in and out at unusual hours and not disturb anyone. The staff were friendly and helpful and dinner in the downstairs pub was delightful.
Disliked: The top bunk was a bit precarious for an adult male so we put the mattress on the floor and the problem was solved
