Liked: The staff go above and beyond to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Everybody was lovely to our little dog and we had breakfast in the drawing room with her every morning. The amenities in our room were replenished twice a day including complimentary chocolates, cookies, water and crisps. It is the only place to stay in Edinburgh and is close to public transport too.

Liked: The ambience, beautiful rooms and setting. Extremely pleasant staff. Delicious food.
Disliked: The shower is in a roll top bath which if you are not very tall is hard to negotiate.
