Staff were amazing - had such a great time! Food was great. Rooms were very big. Breakfast was fresh with a wide range of cereals and toast; full english breakfast as well.

Liked: Bed was comfortable and room clean
Disliked: The Preston was sold as a hotel but this was very misleading. Even marketed as a B & B would be pushing it as there was no breakfast available. No staff on site either. Realise it is only 3star but did not meet this.

Disliked: Pfff.. the rooms are very small, no heating inside the toilet, the bed was loose, no table, no any space (around 20 inches between bed and wall on both side of the bed.I waited by the door 10 minutes to receive a code, and so on

Disliked: Old tv not even up to date all the sope bottles all crap and just not working then a fire alarm going off at 4 30 in the morning should get that sorted no food no evening meals bar man can't run a bar over charge drinks and thinks that ok wouldn't not be staying there in a while
