Liked: Interesting interior of the hotel - the inside part of the building with restaurant, the creek and the pool. Good gym. Some rooms (not all) are renovated and have good amenities. The bar is very nice.
Disliked: Some rooms are old and certain pieces, e.g. shower, need renovation. Buffet at the restaurant could be improved with quality and variety of food.

Liked: The staff were great, even though I had to make two bookings for two separate nights they worked around it, and brought me a luggage cart at checkout for all my shopping! The courtyard with pool, hot tub, and restaurant was as always a great place to be. Thank you and I will be back to this hotel! — but not through Booking.com as the booking I made with another property via them this month was a nightmare!
Disliked: The bed was too firm, but I am told that other rooms have different types of mattresses so hopefully some of the others are more comfy!Booking.com did not allow me to review the other location. The hotel had horrible customer service and they didn’t want me to cancel using Booking.com’s partial refund policy so they locked my booking and prevented me being able to cancel, and so I had to endure early morning text messages from them. Why Booking.com can’t override bookings from being locked I don’t understand.
