All in all, an enjoyable...

Liked: The room and service was great! The room was large and very clean. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Comfortable, safe location. We were even able to keep our large suitcases securely at the hotel free of charge after check out, so we could take smaller ones to stay in Positano for a few days.
Disliked: Nothing major. The front desk person carried our large suitcases up a pretty steep flight of stairs as the rooms were on the 2nd floor. Maybe a few more breakfast options. But all in all, these are minor issues.

Liked: Located in the middle of one of the nicest areas of napels. Few minutes away from the bay.

Spectacular!!!

Liked: OMG, this was top! The location was surprisingly awesome. The host and hostess were responsive, gave us great advice on taxi from port. Arranged taxi to airport. Room was clean, spectacular and had the extras, including Slippers, cold water .... Would recommend to everyone!!!!!!

EXCELLENT ACCOMMODATION CHOICE FOR THE...

Liked: Excellent choice for your stay in Naples! The staff (Arcangelo and Laurine) were amazing, they were incredibly friendly and with useful information on everything we needed. Although we had originally booked a front room with a small balcony Laurine eventually gave us a larger one at the back with the sign 'Privato' on the door, which we really appreciated, it was of course very clean and mostly quiet. Be aware that Via dei Mille is a road that is almost always busy and therefore noisy. The neighbourhood of Chiaia is safe, with many high-end shops nearby, and the city centre is about 15'-20' away on foot! The bathroom was clean and with all amenities. Additionally, the bottles of water they had filled in the fridge for us were free, a simple but great gesture! The breakfast is simple, but tasty, for which you order what you wish to be prepared the day before, usually in the afternoon. In a possible new visit to Naples, we would definitely choose Prestige Rooms for our stay!
Disliked: Nothing at all.

Very convenient location, the boosts...

Liked: Location, comfort, helpful hosts, cleanliness, attention to detail.
Disliked: Even though it is only one floor there is no elevator to carry your luggage up. However the hosts helped us.
