Liked: This is my 4 th stay at the Prestige . Always a great experience .

Pleasant

Disliked: The room was extremely small and poorly designed for the price. The hotel is designed with alternating rooms, every second one is roomy and every other one small. There should be a significant price difference.

Good

Liked: The location was great and the main bed was comfy but the pull out needed blanket layers to make it more comfortable. Sauna was nice. Staff very friendly.
Disliked: Pull out couch could be better but also 0 space in the room when it is open so have to keep putting it away. The hot tub had so much sand in it (???), and also sand around the ground in the amenity room. Was there for 4 nights and it was not cleaned at all there. Same with the shower room.

Really enjoyed our first visit...

Liked: Accommodations. Felt like a boutique hotel that included a personal touch. Staff. Were super personable, very friendly and even though during peak activity were still very patient over a busy holiday.Housekeeping. Super attentive, very supportive and patient with our busy family and worked with our schedule.Restaurant. After trying multiple restaurants in the area, we fell in love with Gabrielle‘s. Felt it was the best restaurant in town!
Disliked: Spa. Hot tub was wonderful, but had a very high chlorine content, which probably was due to the volume of traffic of visitors. They could use some extra chairs in that area to set items or even hooks to hang towels.

Liked: Breakfast was good at the hotel - very good.

Disliked: Parking is somewhat limited but we had no issue
