Nice location hotel is small...

Liked: Location on the beach was very nice. Small hotel but comfortable. Staff members were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Smell in the room was musty more than normal. Bathroom door and frame had a lot of water damage. The bed could use an update but not bad.

Disappointing

Liked: Breakfast ok. Mostly sugary cereals. Few healthy options.
Disliked: Paid for room with ocean view and balcony. Was only half a balcony, Only 2 ft wide on one side and angled to nothing on other side. Too small to sit outside. This was not shown on pictures and was very disappointing.Unable to get a 2nd hand towel when requested from front desk. Why didn't they just provide this?Stairs very steep to 2nd floor.
