Good

Liked: The property was very clean. The robes, free laundry, free beach towels and free beach chairs were a huge bonus. So it countered a few inconveniences.
Disliked: Old but clean. Bed frames were old and about to fall apart. The outlets were few and could barely hold a plug in for phone charging. Did see 2 roaches in our room and heard mice sqeeking in the walls two nights.

OK nothing great probably won't...

Liked: Hotel right on the beach so that was nice.
Disliked: Room was very dated and seemed very expensive for a basic motel type room. The room faced the ocean so that was the premium cost but it felt very overpriced for what we got. The drain in the shower did not work well so within a short time you are in standing water as you shower.

Disliked: Hotel is not kept up. Rusty doors, railings, cracked cement, just generally run down.

Beautiful location with dated kitchenette...

Liked: Parking is a little challenging but manageable. Our rating is an 8 because of a nonfunctional microwave and leaking refrigerator, but to be fair there was a second microwave placed on the counter and the leak in the fridge stopped the 2nd or 3rd day we were there. The bathroom and shower were completely updated, clean, and very nice. The view and location were excellent and outweighed all of my previous comments by far. It was quiet and the sunrise every morning was wonderful. We would definitely return to this location!
