Lovely hotel, peaceful location and...

Liked: The lakeside view from the room was beautiful. Very peaceful with just the sound of the birds in the morning and evening. Lovely spot to catch the late afternoon sun.

We had a humming noise...

Liked: Lovely large rooms. Restaurant and bar were great, excellent service
Disliked: Pool and spa could use a little refresh

Pleasant

Liked: Nice setting, friendly staff, good food in restaurants.
Disliked: Only one elevator for the whole hotel. Long waits.Very expensive for what it was. Rooms very dated.It was an average hotel.

Very good

Liked: Great location and fantastic views
Disliked: Had only one towel in the bathroom. When asked for another one, it was just given to me at reception for me to take up. At the price being charged for this hotel, this should have been taken to the room for me and we were heading out. Lift very slow, and only one which for the capacity of the hotel is not adequate.

Good-However we would hesitate to...

Disliked: Parking was horrible. We finally had to park in the public parking overnight. Suggestion: When there is a big event intown allow complimentary parking in the pay parking nearby.
