Disliked: The hotel is in a terrible location. It has a bar attached to it so all you hear until 3:00am is the bass from the music from the bar. The rooms are small and the hotel is outdated. This would have been fine if I was paying $80. But a room is $160. Not worth it at all!

Liked: The Hotel is great, has all the amenities and was very clean. Staff was very friendly. The price was really good for being so close to the arena.
Disliked: I drive a full size truck and the parking was a challange

Disappointing

Liked: Staff was lovely and the restaurant is amazing.
Disliked: Beds were horribly uncomfortable, without exaggerating: worst mattress I’ve ever slept on. Everything is clean and the rooms have been given a facelift renovation but cheaped out on good foundation things like decent mattresses. At the price paid, I would have expected better.

Disliked: I think charging for parking is a rip off and due to this I will not stay there again!

Great location but wouldn’t stay...

Liked: The location is really good! It’s right by the lake and everything downtown is a walkable distance away.
Disliked: Our toilet kept clogging. They gave us a plunger but we had to unclog it several times. I’ve read other reviews saying they had the same issue while staying here.
