Disliked: The hotel is in a terrible location. It has a bar attached to it so all you hear until 3:00am is the bass from the music from the bar. The rooms are small and the hotel is outdated. This would have been fine if I was paying $80. But a room is $160. Not worth it at all!

Disliked: It was too loud. If you don't ask for the "other" side, not the side of the highway, you will not be able to sleep. the noise from the highway is unbearable. You can't visit on the balcony, it's too loud. The faucet was broken, the chair was unstable. You had to pay for parking!

Liked: The location cannot be beat and the new decor is nice. The staff are extremely friendly and efficient. There are two restaurants inside the hotel, a really nice sized hot tub and indoor pool, and private balconies for the rooms. Overall it was a nice hotel, but it was just nice, when I was anticipating exceptional because of the photos at booking.
Disliked: The photos used do not match what is really provided to the guests, and the upgrades were poorly executed in spots (ex: the wall paper was cut in patches hastily stuck to the wall in the bathroom). The bathroom tile also had mascara or another black substance stuck on it, and other minor cleanliness spots around the room. The hallway floors are super loud, even when walking normally it was sounding like stomping, which is loud inside the rooms. The bed was also a little hard/springy.

Liked: We were visiting a friend in Kelowna hospital so location is a 20 min walk . Hotel is close to the beach and downtown restaurants
Disliked: The hotel rooms need to be renovated and upgraded .The bathroom is very small . Location is next to a highway so rooms on the front can be noisy.
